The word 'bausala' is derived from the word for 'compass' in several languages. Italian, French, Arabic, and probably a few others...And we love exploring. Exploring new ways to solve problems, big or small. Sometimes the solution is not obvious and we'll put our minds to it and partner with others to find it. Sometimes we can start where others have already reached. And sometimes the problem has already been solved but hardly anyone knows of the solution. We'll find it in all cases.

We're a focussed group with degrees in diverse areas like enginneering and computer science. We have experience working for the world's biggest and best-managed corporations, in areas like healthcare, automation, power plants and scientific discovery. And we have no intent of stopping anytime soon.
